Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves leading and managing a team of business development executives. You will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies to promote Dubai-based projects. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtually, as well as property presentations. Tracking leads, conversions, and team performance using CRM tools is essential to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. To excel in this role, you are required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities are crucial for success. Knowledge of international real estate, particularly the Dubai market, is preferred. Your professional appearance, confident presence, and ability to manage a team and lead from the front will be advantageous. Being tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM, MS Office, and reporting tools is a plus. A process-oriented mindset with a focus on follow-ups and client service will contribute to your effectiveness in this position.
