Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients across industries.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, content, influencer marketing, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with the strategy and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong networking skills and client-first attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for lead generation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
