Job Description

Tasks

  • Identify and engage potential customers through online platforms and direct outreach to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that align with company goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the online retail industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for managing sales activities and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
