Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and create impactful business opportunities. Based in Jaipur, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships. If you are passionate about technology, customer success, and sales, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and online research.
• Build a sales pipeline by targeting potential clients across various industries using Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Solution Advocacy:
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare compelling demonstrations and proposals.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Act as the point of contact for customer communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Sales Performance & Reporting:
• Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and activity logs in Salesforce CRM.
• Market Research & Insights:
• Stay updated on Salesforce products, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
• Share market insights to improve internal strategies and client offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proven expertise in lead generation and sales cycle management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
