Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) / Admission Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through their career aspirations and helping them choose the right training program. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and counseling to enrollment and post-sales support. Responsibilities: * Lead Management & Counseling: * Manage and convert leads for various Bytecode Trainings programs. * Provide in-depth information and counseling to prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media. * Understand the needs of potential students and recommend suitable courses that align with their career goals. * Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects to ensure a smooth sales process. * Sales & Revenue Generation: * Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and enrollment targets. * Handle objections and price negotiations effectively to close sales and generate revenue. * Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the student base. * Utilize existing customer networks to generate referrals and increase the sales pipeline. * Reporting & Administration: * Maintain accurate and real-time updates on all lead discussions and conversions in the CRM software. * Adhere to internal sales processes and data management protocols. * Track and report on key enrollment metrics and sales activities. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest educational developments. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales, business development, or educational counseling, preferably in the EdTech or training sector. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. * Strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills. * Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet targets. * Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office Suite. * A passion for the education sector and a genuine desire to help students succeed. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
