Job description Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting:Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of the plotted development project. Conduct site visits and answer client inquiries. Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly. Gather and analyze client feedback to improve sales strategies. Sales Reporting & Analysis:Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies. Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare necessary documentation for sales transactions. Participate in team meetings and sales training programs. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plotted development projects. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
