Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Business Development Manager
Location: Malappuram

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in expanding the company’s client base and driving sales growth in the steel door and windows segment. The position involves identifying potential clients, conducting site and client visits, coordinating with internal teams for project proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project requirements and coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to present product features, specifications, and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, and Production) to prepare and deliver customized quotations and proposals.
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports with the Sales BDM.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing leads to ensure timely closures.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends for business insights.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in architectural products.

Additional Skills Required

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications (preferred).
  • Excellent client interaction and site coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
