Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process. The role bridges communication between customers, the production team, and the sales department to ensure timely service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, emails, and in-person visits).
Respond to product inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Maintain a database of customers, enquiries, and sales leads.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of doors and accessories.
Manage customer complaints and ensure quick resolution in coordination with the Quality/Service team.
Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and feedback.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and dealers.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the building materials, hardware, or manufacturing sector. (B2B experience is a plus)
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with sales & production teams.
Good knowledge of MS Office and any CRM software.
Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.
