Key Responsibilities · Proactively and willingly offer support to our registered members to resolve any problem they may face during the course of partner search. · Building and managing strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs. · Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them. · Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members.
