Job Summary

We are hiring a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This role involves lead generation, student counselling, outreach, and building institutional partnerships to drive student enrollment for overseas programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential students, partners, and academic institutions.
• Conduct counselling sessions (online/offline) to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, schools, and training centers.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Attend and represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding and documentation.
• Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on market trends, courses, visa updates, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Prior experience in the study abroad industry is a bonus.
