Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to support student outreach, lead generation, and admissions coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in the education or edtech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Explain available courses, eligibility, and study abroad benefits.
• Follow up on leads and guide students through the application process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain CRM/database records.
• Assist in organising seminars, education fairs, and school/college visits.
• Work closely with the senior business development team on growth campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets)
• Experience in sales or education counselling is a plus (but not mandatory)
