We provide end-to-end support in counselling, course selection, and the entire admissions process. Job Summary We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to support student outreach, lead generation, and admissions coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in the education or edtech sector. Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins. Explain available courses, eligibility, and study abroad benefits. Follow up on leads and guide students through the application process. Coordinate with internal teams and maintain CRM/database records. Assist in organising seminars, education fairs, and school/college visits. Work closely with the senior business development team on growth campaigns. Job Summary We are hiring a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This role involves lead generation, student counselling, outreach, and building institutional partnerships to drive student enrollment for overseas programs. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential students, partners, and academic institutions. Conduct counselling sessions (online/offline) to convert inquiries into admissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, schools, and training centers. Plan and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities. Attend and represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and webinars. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding and documentation. Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools. Stay informed on market trends, courses, visa updates, and competitor activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets Prior experience in the study abroad industry is a bonus.
