Job Description

Profile: Business Development Executive Location: Varanasi Qualification: Graduation Experience: 0-6 months Salary: 15k + CTC Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market. Build and maintain relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs. Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery. Negotiate contract terms, rate structures, and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Track and report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market intelligence. Participate in business development strategy discussions and contribute to growth initiatives. Required Skills : Proven experience in US IT Staffing business development (1–5 years preferred). Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and recruitment life cycle. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.), and MS Office.
