Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT staffing domain (primarily for the US market). Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and deliver relevant staffing solutions. Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to fulfill client needs. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate information. Stay updated with industry trends and market developments. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of IT technologies and US staffing processes is a plus. Comfortable working in the night shift. Work Schedule: Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST Location: On-site – Noida, Sector 63 Qualification: Minimum: Graduation in any stream Prior experience in business development or US staffing is a plus but not mandatory.
