Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in B2B sales and marketing. You'll be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, event management, and building relationships with prospects across domestic and international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Outreach
1. Generate leads using Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.2. Create compelling profiles and proposals on freelancing platforms.3. Research and identify potential clients in target industries.4. Maintain lead databases and track outreach activities in CRM.5. Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through sales funnel.

Client Relationship Management
1. Schedule and coordinate meetings with domestic and international clients.2. Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements.3. Present company capabilities and service offerings to prospects.4. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.5. Prepare meeting materials and client presentations.

Cold Calling & Outbound Sales
1. Make cold calls to prospective clients and decision makers.2. Handle objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects.3. Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and project requirements.4. Schedule follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication.5. Track call outcomes and update CRM with detailed notes.

Event Management & Networking
1. Research local and industry events in target markets.2. Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and networking events.3. Schedule meetings with prospects attending events.4. Manage event logistics including booth setup and promotional materials.5. Follow up with event contacts and convert into business opportunities.

Digital Marketing Support
1. Optimize LinkedIn company page and personal profiles for lead generation.2. Create content for social media and business development campaigns.3. Monitor competitors and market trends for business opportunities.4. Support email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education & Background2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any field.3. Fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience.4. Strong academic record with good communication skills.5. Internship experience in sales/marketing preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Skills
1. Excellent English communication (verbal and written).2. Confident phone manner for cold calling and client interactions.3. Professional presentation skills for client meetings.4. Basic computer skills including MS Office, Google Workspace.5. Social media proficiency especially LinkedIn for B2B networking.6. Research skills for lead generation and market analysis.
