Role Overview

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with colleges/clients, promoting the company’s services, and ensuring consistent lead conversions. The role demands strong communication skills, field activity, and the ability to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, institutes, and potential client locations to promote the organization’s programs.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, seminars, and marketing activities.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and awareness sessions to create brand visibility.
• Follow up with generated leads to ensure admissions/business conversions.
• Coordinate with the admission/marketing team for smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate daily visit reports and update lead information in CRM/MIS systems.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
• Support promotional events, campaigns, and external marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly targets related to leads, outreach, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development/field sales (education sector preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
