Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online research Acquire new clients by pitching products/services and conducting presentations or demos Build and maintain strong client relationships for long‑term business growth Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve sales Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies Explore new markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status and performance Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and handover to operations Share client feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes Work towards meeting or exceeding assigned KPIs and business objectives
