Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales execution, plus strong communication and relationship skills. This role is an opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking tech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, generate, and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Target Market Research: Research and analyze target markets to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition: Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and propose solutions from Tech Injects service portfolio.
  • Product Demos and Presentations: Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our solutions' value.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and contract negotiation.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align client needs with deliverables.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to management.
  • Networking & Branding: Represent Tech Inject at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen the brand.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years in business development or sales, preferably in technology.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Tech Understanding: Knowledge of eCommerce, ERP, and custom software is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Able to analyze data and address client needs with innovative solutions.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
