Job description Business Development typically has diverse responsibilities that help them build a foundation in sales, marketing, and strategic planning. Common responsibilities include: Market Research : Analyzing industry trends, identifying potential markets, and researching competitors to gather insights. Lead Generation : Identifying and reaching out to potential clients or partners through calls, emails, or networking platforms. Client Interaction : Assisting in maintaining relationships with existing clients and helping to onboard new ones. Proposal Creation : Drafting presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to potential clients’ needs. Data Analysis : Using data to assess the success of business strategies, track sales leads, or identify new opportunities. Collaboration : Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support business strategies and goals. Administrative Tasks : Supporting day-to-day operations, including updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, preparing reports, and scheduling me Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude. Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
