Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 4–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Strategy:
• Identify and analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitors in the construction industry.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Client Acquisition & Retention:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify client requirements and present tailored solutions for their needs.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups to secure and retain clients.
• Proposal Development:
• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.
• Networking & Representation:
• Represent PDC Buildcon at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to increase visibility.
• Build strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s reach.
• Revenue Generation:
• Drive the sales pipeline by converting leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve revenue targets through effective negotiation and deal closure.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
• Provide regular updates to management on market conditions, client feedback, and performance metrics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
