Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities: - ·      Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce ParkSmart’s services ·      Identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities ·      Coordinate and schedule client meetings and product demos ·      Maintain and update lead details and customer interactions in the CRM system ·      Build and nurture long-term client relationships ·      Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and documentation ·      Stay informed on market trends and contribute to the development of outreach strategies ·      Support end-to-end sales processes in collaboration with internal teams   Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking systems Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure
