We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a proactive, confident, and growth-driven Business Development Executive who can help us scale our IT services across global markets.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Generate high-quality leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Outreach, Freelance Platforms, and other B2B channels

Handle proposal writing, bidding, and negotiations

Conduct smooth client communication from first contact to deal closure

Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimations

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track progress in CRM

Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships

🛠️ Required Skills

Fluent & confident English communication

Experience working on Upwork or similar marketplaces

Strong understanding of lead generation strategies

Excellent client handling & presentation skills

Knowledge of platforms such as:

Upwork

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Fiverr

Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Apollo, Instantly, etc.)

Ability to understand IT services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, CRM, Automation, AI-based solutions, etc.

1–2 years in Business Development / IT Sales / International Client Handling
