We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a proactive, confident, and growth-driven Business Development Executive who can help us scale our IT services across global markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate high-quality leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Outreach, Freelance Platforms, and other B2B channelsHandle proposal writing, bidding, and negotiationsConduct smooth client communication from first contact to deal closureCollaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimationsMaintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track progress in CRMIdentify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
Required SkillsFluent & confident English communicationExperience working on Upwork or similar marketplacesStrong understanding of lead generation strategiesExcellent client handling & presentation skillsKnowledge of platforms such as:UpworkLinkedIn Sales NavigatorFiverrEmail marketing tools (Mailchimp, Apollo, Instantly, etc.)Ability to understand IT services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, CRM, Automation, AI-based solutions, etc.
