Job Overview: In the Business Development Executive role, you will be an integral part of driving growth and expanding our customer base. You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, using this knowledge to identify potential leads and convert them into long-term clients. You’ll focus on daily outreach through cold calling, email communication, and other lead generation strategies to initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is key. You will consistently improve your communication skills to clearly and effectively present our solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media channels to generate new business leads. Presentations & Product Demos: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to prospective clients about our products and services, tailored to meet their needs. Market Research: Continuously research potential clients and market trends to identify business opportunities. Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Sales Pipeline Management: Keep track of all interactions and leads in the CRM system, maintaining a structured sales pipeline and following up on potential opportunities. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales and lead generation goals as set by the management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and drive business development efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and clearly articulate product features and benefits. Confident in cold calling and presenting to clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously. A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for business growth.
