Job Overview: As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at fotonVR, you will play a crucial role in developing, creating, and refining educational content to be used in our immersive virtual reality experiences. You will work closely with content developers, and animators to ensure that the content aligns with educational standards and enhances student learning outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of subject-specific curriculum and a passion for innovative educational practices. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educators to create immersive, curriculum-aligned content for virtual reality education. Content Review & Refinement: Ensure that educational materials meet the learning objectives and are accurate, and up-to-date. Subject Expertise: Provide subject-matter expertise in your field (Science, Mathematics, Social Science, etc.), and ensure that content aligns with the requirements of various educational boards (NCERT, CBSE, IB, etc.). Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with animators, 3D modelers, and technical teams to ensure that educational content is accurately represented in the virtual environment. Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in education and technology to improve and innovate the educational content continuously. Quality Assurance: Review and test virtual reality lessons to ensure they meet high educational and technical standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: M.Sc. or B.E. degree in a relevant subject (Science, Mathematics, Social Science, or similar fields). At least 1 year of teaching experience with strong pedagogical skills. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge of educational standards and curriculum frameworks for grades 1-12. Knowledge in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation. Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them engaging for students. Excellent collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
