Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop self-paced digital courses, including :- Video lecture scripts and detailed storyboards, Presentation decks and structured learning materials, Case studies, industry examples, and applied learning activities, Assessments, quizzes, assignments, and evaluation rubrics.
• Ensure alignment with curriculum frameworks, learning outcomes, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
• Adapt subject matter content for asynchronous learning environments.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, multimedia teams, and LMS teams.
• Review content for academic accuracy, consistency, and learner engagement.
• Update course content periodically to reflect industry advancements and best practices.
• Support internal academic quality assurance and review processes.

Domain Focus Areas

• Engineering: Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Core Engineering Subjects
• Management: MBA, Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, Strategy, Leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or Management.
• 3–8+ years of relevant experience, with mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
• Proven experience in developing self-paced / online / asynchronous learning content.
• Strong conceptual clarity and content structuring skills.
• Excellent written communication and academic documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with instructional design and digital learning methodologies
• Understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
• Exposure to national and international academic standards
• Industry certifications or applied industry experience (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
