Senior Executive / Executive - Store

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock management, asset management (hardware & software), and closing & reporting.

• Ensure accurate tracking of software assets using software store module, software asset management or similar platforms.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of software licenses from procurement to retirement, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in store processes and implement changes as needed.

• Develop strong relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and optimize supply chain logistics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6years of experience in Education/Academica/Universities industry with expertise in inventory management, stock management, asset management, software asset management (SAM), closing & reporting.

• Strong understanding of similar SAM tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
