Key Responsibilities

Student Journey Architect & Brand Ambassador

• Curate and manage the entire student lifecycle (admissions, academics, learning & development).
• Ensure consistent support, mentorship, and engagement that drives both academic excellence and career readiness.
• Innovate new initiatives to enhance student satisfaction, employability, and personal growth.
• Maintain quality standards across processes, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience throughout the two-year program.
• Represent NIET Business School nationwide through seminars, workshops, and conferences, amplifying visibility and reach.
• Act as the face of the institution in front of corporates, academic forums, and professional networks.
• Position the institution as a thought leader through active participation in panel discussions and outreach initiatives.
• Open to extensive travel across India to ensure strong brand visibility and engagement.

Competencies & Key Attributes

• Postgraduate degree in Management / Higher Education or equivalent.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in student engagement, academic administration, or corporate outreach.
• Proven ability to design impactful student experiences and drive institutional branding.
• Strong communication, networking, and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for outreach and representation.
• Student-first mindset with passion for transformation.
• Strong strategic and execution skills.
• Energetic, engaging, and confident as a public-facing brand ambassador.
• Ability to inspire students, faculty, and industry stakeholders alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
