Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the architectural hardware sector. Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored hardware solutions. Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our product portfolio.thecompanycheck.com+11iimjobs.com+11simplyhired.co.in+11 Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met. Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business growth. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide insights to the management team to inform business strategies and product development. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hardware manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
