Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily financial tasks, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements. Proficiency in Tally and ODOO Accounting is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and ODOO ERP. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) on time. Perform monthly and annual GST reconciliation with books and GSTR-2A. Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Maintain inventory and sales accounting within ODOO. Assist in financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance. Generate periodic reports for management, including P&L and balance sheets. Coordinate with external consultants for tax filings and audits. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting with hands-on work in Tally and ODOO. Strong understanding of GST regulations, return filing, and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the hardware, construction, or interior design industry is a plus. Familiarity with import/export documentation and taxation is an added advantage.
