You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients across industries for participation in expos, summits, and other corporate events. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, exhibitors, and sponsors will be key in this role. As the primary point of contact for client inquiries, you will ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Your responsibilities will also include driving sales of exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and advertising opportunities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. To excel in this position, you will need to analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets. Monitoring competitor activities will also be essential to strategize effectively. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to ensure the smooth execution of events, from planning to post-event feedback. Additionally, you will assist in curating event content, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns. Regular reporting on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights will be part of your routine tasks. It is important to maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates.
