Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend the right programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle — from lead conversion to successful enrollment.
  • Drive revenue targets by achieving weekly/monthly enrollment goals.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads and close admissions.
  • Build strong relationships with learners by addressing queries related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and placement teams to align sales strategies with student needs.
  • Maintain records of learner interactions and provide insights to optimize conversions.

Skill Required

  • Proficient in education counseling and CRM-based lead management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with must-have fluency in Kannada.
  • Skilled in business strategy, sales growth, and financial understanding.
  • Effective in leadership, time management, and negotiation.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, growth-driven work environments.
  • Experienced in startup culture with a proactive and resilient mindset.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of UX/UI principles and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Kannada (R/S) Ability to understand learner needs and convert them into enrollments.
  • Goal-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
