DesignerDudes Private Limited is a fast-growing IT & Digital Marketing company that empowers businesses through technology, design, and digital innovation. We work with diverse clients across industries while also building and scaling our own internal products and services.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our client base and support the growth of our internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in IT services, digital marketing, and design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations.

Internal Growth & Sales Initiatives

  • Promote and sell DesignerDudes’ in-house digital products and service offerings.
  • Work with management to design and execute sales strategies for internal initiatives.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to improve internal services.

General Sales & Market Development

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions (as required).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive (experience in IT/Digital Marketing is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and long-term client partnerships.
  • Good understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and creative solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS, IT solutions, or marketing services.
  • Existing client network in relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
