Business Development Executive
Location : Kochi, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, Chennai, Bangalore , Kozhikode
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive /
Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in B2B/B2C sales or partnerships, excellent communication skills,
and a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and expanding market
presence across domains like IT, Insurance, Banking, or similar industries.
Requirements :
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling,
and prospecting.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Understand client needs and tailor appropriate solutions to meet their business
objectives.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale
relationship management.
* Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and business cases.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Operations, Product) to
ensure successful delivery of solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
* Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand and
offerings.
* Proven business development or sales experience (minimum 2 years).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong client network or industry connects.
* Adaptable to changing business environments and open to learning.
* Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or any related field.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and business analytics.
* Strong understanding of industry verticals like Insurance, IT, BFSI, or others.
* Strategic thinking with a solution-selling approach.
* Utilize field sales techniques to generate leads and drive revenue.
* The candidate should be technically sound regarding IT & Cloud Services and
products.
* The candidate must have Minimum total 4 years’ experience and 2 years’ relevant
experience of successfully selling Cloud services and solutions.
* The candidate should be experienced in handling OEM's.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
