We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at 0-1 year of experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and crafting custom proposals for freelance platforms like Upwork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Writing (Upwork): Write customized proposals for web design/development and digital marketing projects, aligned with client needs and platform standards.
  • Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build a list of targeted prospects and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Email Outreach: Search for client email addresses and execute structured outreach campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate with leads via LinkedIn and email, answer their queries, and convert them through the sales funnel.
  • Upwork Profile Management: Regularly update the company’s Upwork profile with recent work and capabilities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and potential niches.
  • Reporting: Track outreach efforts, conversion data, and pipeline updates regularly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align proposals and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 0-1 year in business development or sales with direct experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email prospecting.
  • Platform Skills: Proficient in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email search tools.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills. Ability to write persuasive outreach messages and professional proposals.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of interpreting performance metrics and making strategic decisions based on data.
  • Proactive: Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Team Player: Able to work well with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
