SUMMARY Business Development Executive Location Bardhaman (Kalna/Katwa/Galsi/Panagarh) Salary Range Up to 3.0 Lakhs CTC p.a + daily TA Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identifying potential clients and business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research. Client Relationship Management : Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to comprehend their needs and offer customized solutions. Sales Strategy : Formulating and executing sales strategies to meet company targets and broaden the customer base. Negotiation : Managing negotiations and finalizing deals with clients to achieve revenue objectives. Requirements Requirements: Experience : Typically, 2 - 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team Exceptional negotiation and persuasion capabilities Minimum Qualification : Graduate *Minimum 1-year experience in sanitaryware sales with OEM/Distributor/E-commerce companies. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and buyers. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, and thrive in a target-driven atmosphere.
