Business Development Executive (B2B)

Salary: Up to 8 Lakh CTC (After completion of task)

and student empowerment, is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our team.

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of partner

colleges across India.

Task: Meet the target of tying up with at least 5 colleges within the specified timeframe for

permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and Contact Colleges: Research and identify potential colleges for

partnership. Initiate contact with key decision-makers such as college

administrators and department heads.

• Negotiation and Partnership: Present Ant School's offerings and negotiate

partnership agreements. Collaborate with colleges to implement our programs

effectively.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with partner colleges to

ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and

market demands related to educational partnerships.

Requirements:

• Education: Freshers are eligible.

• Experience: Prior experience in sales or relationship management is

advantageous but not mandatory.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English.

• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure

partnership agreements.

• Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/targets in a

competitive environment.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
