The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals efficiently. Job Summary: The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting operational and business data to support decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate reports, ensuring data integrity, and developing dashboards and automated templates using Excel and other reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports with high accuracy. Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments. Create dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and automated Excel templates. Monitor data quality and ensure timely availability of all reports. Work closely with operations, sales, and management teams to understand reporting needs. Generate insights and trends based on data to support business decisions. Manage large datasets and perform data cleaning & validation. Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management. Maintain documentation of all reporting processes for audit and reference. Suggest and implement improvements in reporting efficiency. Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Knowledge of Google Sheets , Power BI , Macros or other reporting tools is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills to present data clearly.
