Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and convert mid-market and enterprise clients for BPO/Contact Center/HRO services.
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct requirement discovery with prospects and position Globivas capabilities effectively.
  • Present proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with operations, transition, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and provide weekly sales updates.
  • Track industry trends and competitors to sharpen positioning.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (BPO/Contact Center sales preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs quickly and pitch solutions clearly.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
