• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the automobile aftermarket or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive spare parts, accessories, and consumables is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market exploration.
