Business Development Executive / Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Business Development Executive/Associate to lead revenue generation, sponsorships, and client servicing across both our verticals. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, creativity in packaging brand solutions, and the drive to close deals.

Responsibilities

📌 For Media Milestone

● Identify and approach prospective brands for PR, influencer marketing, and digital communication services.

● Generate leads and create customised proposals for lifestyle, design, and luxury clients.

● Coordinate with internal PR, social media, and content teams to ensure timely service delivery.

● Maintain client relationships and support account retention. 

📌 For Design Milestone

● Pitch and close sponsorships for in-house events, panel discussions, and design experiences.

● Build partnerships for brand features, digital campaigns, and co-branded content.

● Identify collaboration opportunities with design studios, product brands, showrooms, and event collaborators.

● Support on-ground execution and ensure sponsor visibility and ROI during events. 

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in business development, media sales, event sponsorships, or agency servicing.

● Prior exposure to the design, architecture, or lifestyle space is preferred.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build relationships and close deals confidently.

● Proficiency in presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint), Excel, and CRM platforms.
