Roles & Responsibilities: 🔹 Public Relations Responsibilities: Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen brand identity and visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with lifestyle, interior, and home décor media, influencers, and journalists. Draft compelling press releases, articles, and media pitches aligned with brand voice. Coordinate interviews, media interactions, and press events to generate brand buzz. Monitor media coverage and industry trends; identify opportunities for proactive storytelling. Assist in managing brand reputation and handling crisis communication, if required. Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and content with overall marketing efforts. 🔹 Business Development (Lead Generation) Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through research, networking, social media, or events. Generate high-quality leads for the design/sales team. Maintain an organized lead tracker with timely follow-ups and handovers. Earn attractive perks/incentives for every lead that results in a successful project/client closure. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to support lead conversion efforts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
