We are presently looking for the Business Development Executive who have good experience in Healthcare.


Experience Required


1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, partnerships marketing, or hospital business development.

Prior exposure to hospital contracting, air ambulance, emergency services, or medical devices will be an added advantage.

Salary up to 25k to 30k.

Key Responsibilities


Secure hospital contracts/MOUs for air ambulance, critical care transport, devices, or related services through doctor and admin networks.

Drive sales targets through qualified leads, tenders, corporate tie‑ups, and channel partnerships across the India region.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with hospital management, consultants, and referral partners.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to onboard new hospitals and renew existing contracts.

Track all opportunities and activities in CRM, prepare regular sales reports, and share market feedback with management.

Monitor competitor offerings and regional trends to suggest new routes, services, and collaboration models.


Required Skills & Qualifications


MBA in healthcare or related discipline (preferred); graduate degree in business, life sciences, or equivalent mandatory.

Proven experience in hospital contracting and closing B2B deals in the medical domain.

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.

Solid negotiation and sales closing ability with a target‑driven mindset.

Comfortable with frequent travel within India region and commuting to the base location as required.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel/PowerPoint, and reporting.

Multilingual communication (English + Hindi; regional language is a plus)
