Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and emails.
  • Pitch company services and prepare presentations/proposals.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and digital teams for tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Track all sales activities in CRM and report progress regularly.



Qualifications & Skills We’re Looking For


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
  • Experience:

    1–3 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency/marketing background preferred).


  • Core Skills:


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal + written).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/branding services (preferred).
  • CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) & MS Office proficiency.


  • Soft Skills / Traits:


  • Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Resilient to handle rejection and adapt quickly.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good listener and problem-solver.
