Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand Aerobot RPTO’s footprint across industries and geographies. The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and converting prospective students and institutional clients into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities Promote Aerobot’s drone training programs to individuals, colleges, corporates, and government entities. Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, email marketing, campus outreach, and field visits. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. Conduct product demos, webinars, and in-person meetings to explain course offerings and benefits. Participate in educational fairs, expos, and aviation/drone industry events. Collaborate with marketing and training teams to align business goals. Track and report daily/weekly sales performance and client feedback. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or educational marketing (freshers welcome with strong communication skills). Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language. Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.
