Agri Drone Pilot

As an Agri Drone Pilot, your role will involve operating and maintaining agricultural drones for various tasks such as spraying, mapping, and data collection. Your expertise in UAV systems, coupled with hands-on fieldwork experience, will be crucial in working effectively with farmers and agricultural clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate agricultural drones for spraying, seeding, crop health monitoring, and mapping. - Plan and execute drone flight missions according to project requirements. - Calibrate and maintain drones, batteries, and spraying equipment. - Collect, analyze, and report field data to project leads. - Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines during flights. - Collaborate with field teams, agronomists, and clients to ensure operational efficiency. - Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for clients when necessary. - Maintain detailed flight logs, maintenance reports, and address operational issues. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Possession of a Certified Drone Pilot License (DGCA / relevant authority) is preferred. - Proven experience in operating agricultural or spraying drones (multi-rotor or fixed wing). - Basic knowledge of agriculture, crop cycles, and pesticide/fertilizer application. - Ability to troubleshoot UAV hardware and software problems on-site. - Physical fitness for field operations and readiness to travel extensively. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Immediate availability to join. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Prior experience in agri-tech or precision agriculture. - Familiarity with mapping software and data analysis tools. - Proficiency in local languages to engage with farmers (optional but advantageous).
