Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, email marketing, campus outreach, and field visits. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. Conduct product demos, webinars, and in-person meetings to explain course offerings and benefits. Participate in educational fairs, expos, and aviation/drone industry events. Collaborate with marketing and training teams to align business goals. Track and report daily/weekly sales performance and client feedback. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or educational marketing (freshers welcome with strong communication skills). Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Agri Drone Pilot to operate and maintain agricultural drones for spraying, mapping, and data collection. This role requires hands-on fieldwork, technical knowledge of UAV systems, and the ability to work with farmers and agricultural clients. Key Responsibilities Operate agricultural drones for spraying, seeding, crop health monitoring, and mapping. Plan and execute drone flight missions as per project requirements. Calibrate and maintain drones, batteries, and spraying equipment. Collect, analyze, and report field data to project leads. Adhere to safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines during flights. Coordinate with field teams, agronomists, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Provide demonstrations and training sessions to clients when required. Document flight logs, maintenance reports, and operational issues. Qualifications & Skills Certified Drone Pilot License (DGCA / relevant authority) preferred. Proven experience operating agricultural or spraying drones (multi-rotor or fixed wing). Basic knowledge of agriculture, crop cycles, and pesticide/fertilizer usage.
