Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR cum Training Coordinator to manage daily HR operations and support the coordination of training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and facilitating smooth execution of training sessions in accordance with DGCA guidelines. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources: Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Coordinate performance appraisals and employee feedback processes. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Training Coordination: Coordinate scheduling and logistics for remote pilot training batches. Act as a liaison between trainers, students, and administrative staff. Maintain training records, student attendance, feedback, and certification documentation. Ensure training operations comply with DGCA standards. Prepare training-related reports, evaluations, and improvement plans. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or training coordination (aviation or training sector preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools. Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand Aerobot RPTO’s footprint across industries and geographies. The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and converting prospective students and institutional clients into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities Promote Aerobot’s drone training programs to individuals, colleges, corporates, and government entities. Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, email marketing, campus outreach, and field visits. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. Conduct product demos, webinars, and in-person meetings to explain course offerings and benefits. Participate in educational fairs, expos, and aviation/drone industry events. Collaborate with marketing and training teams to align business goals. Track and report daily/weekly sales performance and client feedback. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or educational marketing (freshers welcome with strong communication skills). Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language. Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.
