Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agri Drone Pilot to operate and maintain agricultural drones for spraying, mapping, and data collection. This role requires hands-on fieldwork, technical knowledge of UAV systems, and the ability to work with farmers and agricultural clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate agricultural drones for spraying, seeding, crop health monitoring, and mapping.
• Plan and execute drone flight missions as per project requirements.
• Calibrate and maintain drones, batteries, and spraying equipment.
• Collect, analyze, and report field data to project leads.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines during flights.
• Coordinate with field teams, agronomists, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide demonstrations and training sessions to clients when required.
• Document flight logs, maintenance reports, and operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Drone Pilot License (DGCA / relevant authority) preferred.
• Proven experience operating agricultural or spraying drones (multi-rotor or fixed wing).
• Basic knowledge of agriculture, crop cycles, and pesticide/fertilizer usage.
• Ability to troubleshoot UAV hardware and software issues on-site.
• Physically fit for field operations and willing to travel extensively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in agri-tech or precision agriculture.
• Knowledge of mapping software and data analysis tools.
• Local language skills to interact with farmers (optional but valuable).
