You are an experienced Agri Drone Pilot who will be responsible for operating and maintaining agricultural drones for various purposes such as spraying, mapping, and data collection. Your role will involve hands-on fieldwork, technical expertise in UAV systems, and effective communication with farmers and agricultural clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate agricultural drones for tasks like spraying, seeding, crop health monitoring, and mapping. - Plan and execute drone flight missions based on project requirements. - Calibrate and maintain drones, batteries, and spraying equipment. - Collect, analyze, and report field data to project leads. - Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines during all flights. - Collaborate with field teams, agronomists, and clients to ensure seamless operations. - Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed. - Document flight logs, maintenance reports, and any operational issues encountered. **Qualifications & Skills** - Possession of a Certified Drone Pilot License (DGCA / relevant authority) is preferred. - Demonstrated experience in operating agricultural or spraying drones (multi-rotor or fixed wing). - Basic understanding of agriculture, crop cycles, and pesticide/fertilizer application. - Proficiency in troubleshooting UAV hardware and software problems on-site. - Physical fitness for field operations and willingness to travel extensively. - Strong communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities. - Immediate availability to join the team. **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous involvement in agri-tech or precision agriculture. - Familiarity with mapping software and data analysis tools. - Knowledge of local languages to facilitate interactions with farmers (optional but beneficial).
