Role Overview

The instructor will deliver both theoretical and practical drone pilot training for the medium category, ensuring compliance with DGCA requirements. The role involves mentoring trainees, overseeing flight operations, and contributing to curriculum development for quality learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive theoretical and hands-on flight training for medium category drone pilots in line with DGCA and RPTO standards.​
• Supervise and assess solo flights, evaluate trainee performance, and provide constructive feedback.​
• Ensure strict compliance with DGCA regulations, The Drone Rules 2021, and all relevant SOPs.
• Maintain and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.​
• Administer and evaluate examinations, document trainee progress, and support DGCA certification processes.
• Promote a safety-first culture in all training and operational activities.
• Stay current on technological trends, legal guidelines, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Valid DGCA-issued instructor rating for Medium Category RPAS, with a current Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC).​
• Strong understanding of DGCA rules, civil aviation requirements, and flight procedures.​
• Experience in remote pilot operations with a record of safe and compliant drone flying.
• Excellent communication skills and instructional ability.​
• Ability to use simulators, UAV systems, and related software/tools.
• Prior experience as an instructor in a DGCA-authorized RPTO is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
